Time and value rule
What consumes your allowance, and what does not
Scheduled monitoring, health checks and reports do not reduce your allowance. Diagnosis, implementation, uploads, testing, substantive task communication and included strategy calls do. Time is tracked in 15-minute units and shown in your portal.
- Automated uptime alerting
- Automated checks run continuously. Alerts are reviewed and acted on during support hours; this is not a promise of uninterrupted availability.
- Monthly health check
- A human review of the agreed homepage, primary conversion route, enquiry form, key links, SSL and domain status, and obvious visual or configuration faults.
- Minor edit
- A contained change to existing content or an existing component, such as supplied text, an image, contact information, opening hours or a simple price update.
- Standard content upload
- One client-approved item placed into an existing template, up to 1,000 supplied words and 10 supplied images. Research, copywriting and new design are excluded.
- Performance and technical SEO scan
- A review of speed signals, indexability, titles and meta, canonical and sitemap status, broken links and material technical issues. It is not a ranking guarantee or a backlink campaign.
- Analytics snapshot
- A concise view of available consent-aware traffic, sources, top pages and recorded enquiries, with observations only where tracking is correctly configured.
- Proactive improvement
- One contained existing-site SEO or conversion change selected from evidence, such as metadata, internal links, CTA hierarchy, form friction, schema or performance work.
- Improvement cycle
- Agree the priority, implement within the available allowance, test, record the change and identify the next action.
- Response target
- Time to acknowledge and triage a valid request during published support hours, not a guaranteed completion or resolution time.
- Hands-on allowance
- Time for diagnosis, implementation, uploads, testing, substantive task communication and included strategy calls. Routine ticket acknowledgement and scheduled baseline checks or reports do not reduce it.
Support targets are response targets, not guaranteed resolution times, and apply during published support hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 London time). There is no 24/7 promise unless a custom contract is signed. External software, premium services, managed domain registration and licensing, email licences, ad spend and usage above infrastructure allowances are excluded unless expressly itemised, and are always shown before purchase.
