These terms govern use of this website. Project work is governed by the signed proposal and contract, which take precedence over anything published here.

Prices shown on this website
All prices are in GBP and are commercial starting points, not automatic fixed quotes for unknown scope. LUXELENS LTD is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is currently charged. If VAT registration occurs, VAT will be shown clearly on every quote and invoice before you commit.
Any estimate produced by the calculator on this site is indicative only and is never a binding quote.
Quotes and acceptance
Quotes are versioned and itemised, and state scope, exclusions, revision allowance, delivery stages, add-ons, any care plan, billing election and validity period. Only the current sent quote version can be accepted, and the accepted version freezes the scope and pricing that apply.
Payment stages
The default build schedule is 50% to reserve and begin, 25% at design approval and 25% before launch or transfer. Stages may differ where the quote says so. Deposits are not automatically non-refundable; cancellation and earned-fee treatment follow the signed contract and applicable law.
Care plans
Care plans have an initial 12-month fixed term paid annually or in twelve instalments. Instalments are a payment method for the annual commitment, not a cancel-anytime monthly subscription. Allowances are stated per plan, tracked in 15-minute units, and unused time does not roll over unless the quote says so. Overage is approved in advance.
Domains
Where a managed domain licence is purchased, LUXELENS LTD remains the registrant and the client holds a licensed right of use for the term. Any buyout or transfer requires a separate written agreement, full payment and compliance with registry rules and transfer fees. It is never automatic.
Intellectual property
The supplier retains all rights, title and interest in visual design, layouts, the design system, interface components, source code, database structures, automations and configurations until the agreement expressly transfers or licenses them, and in all cases subject to full payment.
Client-supplied content, logos and images remain the client's property, and the client is responsible for holding the rights to supply them.
No guaranteed results
No promise of first-place search rankings, traffic levels or revenue is made. Websites are built on a strong search foundation, and ongoing SEO is measured and improved over time.
Governing law
These terms and any project agreement are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
